It sucks ladies.... @babysalty16 @pardonmemom and all I drink is water... no coffe, no sodas and my system is still all messed up. I think its spicy foods though. I LOVE everything spicy!

Omg!!! That's me spicy and salty. lol. I have no craving or desire for anything sweet. Today is no good for me too... I'm laying here with an upset stomach (but hungry at the same time) and my head is pounding. O yea, and I promised my fiance that I would clean the house. so I'm hoping I feel better soon

Right I planned on cleaning but my tummy hurts I'm soo nauseous and so exhausted
