My back is hurting and last night I dreamed my period came on and I didn't have any pads and was bleeding everywhere. I hope it's not a sign of something bad gonna happen. I hate having weird, scary, confusing dreams. I think I'm gonna call my doctor to check on my ultrasound from yesterday to ease my mind.
