my son is 8 months and i am thinking about getting a crib. do you mommies think its a waste if money…

by about a year old they start trying to climb out. Both my kids were in toddler beds by a year old so they didn't break their necks.

My son is 15 months and still in his crib which converts to a toddler bed then into a queen size bed. It definitely isn't a waste of money! Most of my friends have their 2.5 year olds still in cribs.

@odixiedelight, aww haha they were fearless lol (: I feel like my son would too. he's so active and trying to get up all the time.

you can get a crib to college it goes from crib to toddler bed to full size bed I believe so that kind I would think you get your money's worth @tavarusmommy21

get the convertible one I got mine from Wal-Mart for like 150 with the mattress I just suggest don't do like me and get the "jail bar" kind (best I can explain you'll know what I mean) but Sophia gets her feet stuck in it she kicks the bumper down and trays to break out

do you have like a Facebook trading post garage sale thing in your area I see some go for like 60-100 in my area, if you do get one from them check it out really well before buying
