What's it feel like when your baby has hiccups in your belly?

like popcorn popping lol. little twitches.

it feels like they are jumping over and over every few seconds

I heard they can fart too.. is that true? I try to blame them on the baby

its like a rhythmic thumbing... mine has them right now lol she hates them!
