Anyone ever experience really bad back pain like in the upper/middle pain. What did you do relieve…

Tylenol. Ice pack. Heating pad.

A bath sometimes.

yes all the time. I love my foam roller. I roll my back out a do a few exercises on it.

Me too 😞😞 but I've been told it's normal and if we go to the hospital they'll tell us the same thing.. 😫 I really wish there was more pain medicine for back pains we pregnant women could take
