Don't use preparation h it made my hemmroids worse just use tucks just put the tucks in your butt and change it everytime you use the restroom

Don't wipe, better wash after vowel movements, walk, but slowly. Try not to sit too much

Your ob dr can give a foam that will help tremendously. I sit in the tub with warm water, that feels the best. Remember to drink lots of water and take a stool softner.

Use the cotton rounds dunked in witch hazel to get the full effect. Tucks has 30% witch hazel only. Change it every time you use the bathroom. I heard apple cider vinegar helps them go down. It'll burn at first but it'll help! Soak some on a cotton ball and hold it over for a few seconds

I know! I hated to have to pee! Try to take a sitz bath or a warm bath it helps with swelling
