found out why my supply wasn't increasing. my son isn't eating is all. I pumped out a whole ounce after what he already had. so because I had an entire ounce left, my breasts assume my son got full off of what he ate. so they don't produce more milk. now I have to make sure to pump after every feeding so I can increase my supply -_-. so time consuming lol.
