I fight it all the time I hate the powdery taste of tums

@mrsmoore, I don't mind them and usually just one does the trick. I just hate taking medications.

I started drinking milk it helps.

yes I hate medication that's why I rather just be in pain hence to why im doing natural thay need and meds freak me out,I drink chocolate milk which helps me a lot
