Ugh I wanna cry today 😭😭😭 just one of those days where everything is working against us. Hubby has to go to court which is no big deal but they day he was assigned it's impossible for us to get there. We told the police officer and he gave us a number and said call and they would reschedule us. Okay fine. So I called to reschedule and was told oh no we can't reschedule you the judge has to personally grant a rescheduled slot. So I asked how I talk to the judge. They said we gotta fax him the request. So I write it out and fax it. I called to be. sure it went through and it did. I asked when I should call back to find out what the judge says and they said oh he won't be in until after your assigned court date! Well wtf then? I tried to explain our situation and let them know we are willing to come for court but I have no physically possible way to get there on our assigned time. I asked what happens if the judge gets in and denys our schedule change and she said if we don't show hubby will get a warrant issued and when we do come they'll put him in jail! 😢😢😢 I'm trying to figure this out but I'm so upset. we're trying so hard to cooperate and I feel like nothing is working! Why is there no back up! If the judge won't be in then maybe someone else should be able to help me
