It's crazy when I see people say they didn't gain any weight on the Depo shot and when I was on it,…

i gain a hole bunch when i was on it and i been off of if for 3years now

same here we have a plce over were i live its called plann parenthood and its a awsome place

I gained 15lbs the first month I was on depo and I stopped it right after that. didn't want to blow up

@briandavisjr819, I blew up! I was 117 and got up to 158 😞😞😞

@ngujen that's what I was afraid of....did it that first month and never went back...was on pills until they starting seeing stuff on my ovaries

@briandavisjr819, usually pills help with ovarian cysts though!

I had a friend who gained 40lbs on it. But I have a SIL who didn't gain weight on it.. just depends on the women I guess

so did I.... that's a birth control I'll skip

@ngujen that's what I said but it was causing me to have them and they checked to make sure they weren't cancerous after that scare I stopped taking them

when i got on it after my first pregnancy i didn't gain any weight thank God

@briandavisjr819, that's so weird! usually they have women take the BC pills for that! do you still have them? @cp same here! Only thing I liked was I had no periods lol

my bestie gained a lot as well and she was stick skinny

@ngujen no I don't this was about 8 years ago...I no longer take any BC and I'm not going to take any after I have this baby

I still had my periods but I didn't get pregnant😁 that's what I liked because I don't like taking pills I sometimes forget to take my prenatal vitamins

@phasion, I was so skinny when I got on it :( @madreof2 ugh. you're lucky.

i will say only thing that got huge was my butt lol i Would say just try to keep a healthy diet

I ended up gaining about 45lbs from it.. Was not happy 😒 Now I gained about 25 during my pregnancy... I'm really hoping I'll go under my prepregancy weight

@mrsstewart, I've already gained over 25 pounds too 😞 going to be hard to drop, but we can do it!
