The apartment I'm suppose to be moving into has another prospective renter but my step father (friends with the Landlord) is trying to get me to get it. I was freaking out cause I didn't have enough money to close on it, but then I just realized I have cash I was saving in my old place... So it's covered!

I'm happy about that. Thank God

I'm still in Florida but I'm glad it's working out before I get back home..
