They make nursing bras with underwire so im not sure if thats completely true. I've heard it makes it easier to get clogged milk ducts.

Underwire can clog milk ducts but won't stop production it's just painful. You don't have to worry about that till after you deliver. If you're uncomfortable wear a sports bra but not a compression sports bra

Also it's not necessarily the underwire that causes the clogs t can also be from tightness if your bra is too tight it does the same thing people assume it's always the underwire because you're more likely to tighten those with underwire more then one without and the wire mixed with the tightness and compression is what causes clogs most of the time.

@amber.s95, I didn't know that! Any of my nursing bras have like no underwire at all!

@californiahaley, Thanks so much for your info because I always thought it was during pregnancy you shouldn't wear them! But ill be wearing a sports bra so I can be comfy !! Do you have any recommendations on bras?

I wear a nursing bra because it is 1000 more times comfortable than a regular one. Especially because I have DDD I hate not wearing bras because of the lack of support and with the heat soo sweaty!
