I just hate calling the after hours number for my doctor for something silly when there could be another mommy needing to talk to them for something more serious. & I'm a paranoid person when it comes to meds period more now so that I'm pregnant lol

I'm the same way. Even though it's safe to take Benadryl I freaked out when I did lol. I just wanted to sleep.

@lovebuggg2016, when I take Benadryl I knock out and nobody is waking me up all night or for hours after I take it & I called not long ago bc I had a reaction to my makena shot last time and they said for me to take 2 Benadryl and that knocked me out all night and didn't wake up until almost 10 am the next morning (thank goodness my other two kids were gone for the night lol) so I'm thinking if I take this Im probably gonna sleep all day lol

It depends on how much Diphenhydramine is in it. Usually it's about 25 mg so you could take a half of a Benadryl or Tylenol pm. That's what makes you sleep in Tylenol and Benadryl lol. I used to take two Benadryl's at night to sleep b

I took it but only took one lol I was scared to take it as well but it did help me sleep
