I don't remember back pain in the beginning. You can take Tylenol to help :) @heaven BTW if it makes you feel better I am 34 weeks two day's and I constantly have the back pain now. I hope you feel better.

I was also extremely tired, and that never went away.

At first I didn't have any I just knew. I took a test a few day's before missed period and I was right. I did cry over backing my 5 speed Honda lol I couldn't get it to go backwards lol.... I was just learning how to drive it. I cried so much that day.
