Surgery was easy with my first after was painful just rest and take your medicines!! As far as loosing weight no problem I had never been in better shape in my life ! Make sure you breast feed it helps get your tummy tight!!! Weird thing is that your scare area stays numb forever!!! My second was easy no pain at all before or after and that's because they cut where your scare tissue is .

I had two emergency c sections that weren't breached. that was cut side to side and my recovery was hard with my first my second wasn't bad it was only a week you can't really move or do anything and def take the stool softners and pain meds. I'm having another c section. in a week with. my daughter

I had one for my son who was breech. It was scheduled. I showed up...got my meds and went in the operating room. Within five minutes I said to my dr please let me know when you begin and he said ok...here's your baby! I was already completely open and didn't feel anything but slight tugging. While in he recovery room I was vomiting but only bc my body doesn't handle any drugs well (I vomited with an epidural with my daughter who was vaginal delivery too) recovery was only bad for about a week or two when I couldn't lay down or do a lot of movement. After that I was fine. I think scheduled c sections are much easier typically than emergency c sections, it's not that bad. Take the pain meds when you're supposed to and also take the stool softeners! Good luck

Everyone i know that has had one has trouble losing the weight and getting feeling back there. Wheres all the csection ladies to give us the biz?lol😄

im curious to know if your stomach can go back flat with a csection?? I shouldn't have to get one, but just in case i wanna kno!

Well my mom had a csection for both my brothers her recovery was 6 months to fully heal my brothers were 9 months apart
