Miscarriage is very unlikely with how far you are! Like 1% So don't think it's that!!! I'd call your doctor first thing in the morning! I use to get pains like that around 18 weeks too. It use do depend on what I ate

you can braxton hicks as early 14 weeks . go to the er just to be safe .
Sounds like Braxton hicks, I'd go to the ER and get checked out to be safe
