Put your eggs in a bowl, (I always make 2) and I add like 3 tablespoons of milk. I always start them on medium heat and add either shredded cheese or tear up a slice of cheese and salt and pepper (I love pepper so I add a ton lol) And I make sure to take them off the stove while they are still a little wet looking because they still cook some even off the heat, and they aren't dry :) hope this helps!

I forgot to say beat the eggs and milk together but that's kind of obvious. Lol.

I always wait til they start to cook a little and then add the cheese in! My boyfriend mixes the cheese in the bowl with the eggs before he even starts to cook them. lol.. it's really just however you prefer to do it!
