You could ask but you'll unlikely find one that will. Especially if there is no medically necessary reason to do so. Nothing but good can come out of your baby baking for three more weeks unless you are at risk.

I don't think they can until 39 weeks unless you have something wrong.

You could, but I think, in most states, it's illegal to induce before 39 weeks unless it's medically necessary.

doctors don't start to talk/consider induction until after your due date. So once you're around 41-42 weeks is when they'll consider it. But a true full term pregnancy can go to 42 weeks. So unless there is a medical reason/emergency to induce then no, they won't. and be grateful they won't, baby isn't completely ready yet and the longer baby stays in the better off the baby will be.

I tried, my Dr wouldn't until I was 39 weeks, although baby is big enough, needs to develop all the way if possible
