Fire department. A handful of hospitals. High way patrol. And local PD. will install IF they have a trained technician. You have to call for any appointment for any of the places basically to insure the tech is going to be there to do it.

Yea make sure you ask if the department has a trained technician for car seat install NOT if they install car seats. You want a technician to do it or else it's just some dude reading the manual and trying to figure it out and you can do that
