I am taking vitamins. Should I keep on taking them if I'm pregnant? (I don't know yet but have many symptoms) they are those generic A to Z kind of vits. Like multicentrum.

I am taking those until I get a positive hcg result. I wasn't exactly planning it like a soldier. So I'm quite lost :O It would be my first baby eventually. My mom didn't take anything as far as I know.  Back then there was no vitamin culture.
