So marijuana is legal here in Colorado where I live which has made the rental market absolutely crazy. my fiance & I have been looking for a place for almost 2 months with no luck & We're at the point where we basically have to find something NOW. we finally have an appointment tomorrow at a place that would be perfect for us... they actually have an opening at the end of the month (as opposed to a wait list) the deposit is not crazy, the rent is affordable for us, they have laundry facilities (good for the baby laundry ) , a pool & they are safe with controlled access! Please keep us in your thoughts & prayers we get it!!! we are desperate!!!!
