I found it depends on the dr/midwifes finger length and how far your cervix is lol

The lower the baby is, the less it hurts.

yeah I'm with @oboyoboyoboy I think it depends on who does it but the two times I've had it done it didn't hurt

It's doesn't hurt I was scared at first listening to other moms on here it just feels uncomfortable a lil bit that's all
