wow..... some people just need to be more careful

kind of a long story but in March I opened an account with T-Mobile because AT&T had a ton of upcharges for an upgrade... so I switched... i got 2 lines, 2 phones, 2 chargers, and 2 cases... the bill came out to be 145.00 a month... well my husband gets back from France (i did this when he was away on business because my phone died and that was the only way we could keep in touch as he travelled).. once he gets back his boss tells him if he can get the phone bill in his name he will charge it as an expense since my husband uses his phone for work... so we call T-Mobile to set my husband up an account and transfer EVERYTHING from my account to his... So this was middle of March... we were sworn bt the technitian on the phone that everything was fine and to enjoy T-Mobile... come June i stsrt getting.collection calls from.T-Mobile that say I owe $1025.00... They said the technician forgot to put the phones, chargers, and cases that we financed on my husbands account... confused i looked into it and for the past month I have tried explaining and getting it fixed... They first said it can be fixed, then it couldnt, then different departments said different things... I have been told by several people that someone will call me back about it... while waiting for thatcall the account closes amd gets sold to a debt collector who reports it to my credit report.... Oh by the way i have spent 1800$ to Lexington Law to fix my credit... so in the past 18 months it has gone up 120 points which was great because there was a lot of.junk on it and i settled a lot of things... just because of T-Mobile... JUST BECAISE THIS GIRL DIDNT DO WHAT WR ASKED MY CREDIT SCORE DROPS 100 POINTS!!! i am furious... i have called them.16 times to fix this in the past month... I got my credit report tonight and i was appaled and.horrified.... im calling them again tomorrow.until i can get answers and have THEM fix this.... @monilovesautumn @katemeier

that's t mobile for you ! they kept charging my bank account for the amount I already paid . so it over drew my account I tried to call my bank and they said they but a "temporary credit" of the amount back but never did because t mobile couldn't print out my statement saying I paid which is stupid . it'd in the system that I paid but they can't print it out? 😕 so , because of that my bank kept getting overdrawn and my funds was never disbursed because I couldn't send then that proof so my bank ends up shutting my account off . and it closes . smh . I'm over them as well @jessicagarmal

it sucks... im so fried... im sorry they screwed you over too.. im reporting them to BBB tomorrow as well.. and their customer support is the biggest "not my fault assholes" ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with... @monilovesautumn

girl yes!! they are horrible . that's why I'm switching back to Verizon I never had a problem with them ever smh. @jessicagarmal
