Strict bed rest; My cervix isnt opened but its shortened a lot from where it was, I'm only 29 weeks and baby boy's head is extremely low, and too much movement could cause him to open it/ dilate.

& I just found out my mother delivered both my brother and I a month early, and my grandma delivered my mother two months early. Praying things go how they should.
