Don't skip tomorrow. You pee most of it out, which is why you take them every day. It's fine.

I did that before and my doctor said you just pee out anything that's unnecessary for baby. You shouldn't skip a day though

I've accidentally taken two in a day. Like they said your body takes what it needs and gets rid of the rest

You will pee or poop out what you don't need... My son ate a bunch of vitamins at one time and I freaked out and called poison control and they told me he would poop them out and boy let me tell ya he pooped and it was awful
