The mercury levels in raw tuna, like on sushi, are dangerous to baby and you during pregnancy. Canned/pre-cooked tuna does not contain the Mercury that we need to avoid. My doctor said it's a great way to get your protein and gave me a minimum on fish intake. It's good for you to have some!

its 8 ounces a week of tuna you can have. but no other fish then if you eat that much tuna.

You really shouldn't because tuna not all tuna but done tunas carry Mercury @tanesha2
