I gave vaginal birth and got stitches and every time I pee it hurts to the point where I want to cry. When does that go away?

it will hurt for a few just keep using the spray bottle..what helped me was cooling pads the hospital gave me! which helped me recover fast!
It'll hurt for a few weeks but it will get better use the perineal spray bottle and dab don't wipe!!
I hurt for 2-3 weeks, the sitz bath and the perineal bottle they gave me helped tremendously

Other suggestions- tucks pads, spray yourself with water instead of wiping with toilet paper.
It'll be a little bit until you're healed. I'd say expect to be hurting until at the very least your stitches are out. I didn't tear or anything and still hurt for 2-3 wks.
I used a squirt bottle to clean every time and also put witch hazel pads on... helped so much!!!
