Braxton Hicks ar 12weeks ?? That is quite early for Braxton Hicks. Maybe You are Just Having Cramps. But I Doubt Braxton hicks this early

My doctor confirmed it's Braxton hicks from doing too much we have been moving the last week so I've been lifting lots and cleaning hard core so he said I'm working too hard I'm also very petite and he said that's another factor in the Braxton hicks and I have a friend that started having them at 10 weeks

I've tried it didn't help at all in seriously in tears every movement hurts like hell I can't sleep at all my back is in constant pain from carrying so low it's been very difficult for me
