ugh I hate them.so much, I'm literally always killing them all over the house all day. I'd say open all doors and windows and use fans pointing towards the door, and also open all cabinets in the kitchen or anywhere else they'll be hiding. they also die instantly when lysol is sprayed on them.

yeah, they are little pesticide balls. but don't feel terrible. cedar is great. I just read that lavender buds and essential oil is great too.
