It's frustating.. my daughter is a year and a half and he has only seen her 6 times maybe!!! and is always threatening to take me to court.... I am so done with this. my husband just wants to adopt her- she already has his last name... @alye27

Sounds like the father has no right and if he were to take you to court he'd obviously loose. Your husband sounds great, you should really consider letting him if that's what you want

I dont have any advice but Can I ask a question? Did you change your daughters name to your husband's when you married... if so, was it easy or did you have to go to court?

I would love for her bio dad to give up his rights so he can't fight for any and have my hubby adopt her!! @alye27
and she my husband's name from birth cause the other guy had no interstate and now he all of a sudden wants to fight me for rights. @coraanne

Ahhh ok! He's definitely all talk if he hasn't done anything yet then he most definitely won't do anything now.

He asks about her a couple times a month he dies pay child support and asks why I keep her from him... and I told him you can see her when you take me to court cause I am tired of that being all he says to us.. and she doesn't even know him cause he doesn't ask to see her often.
