no wonder my girl is such a chunka! the pink dots are where the fore milk ("skim" milk) ends. so it's mostly hind milk…

@firstbaby_girl, I've done a lot of research. lol. i get bored so I'm on Google a lot. I've read in many places that the more watery looking milk is the fore milk

that's how my milk looks like too! :-) my girls gonna get chunky

yeah and the neo dr at the nicu also told .e the very last part of the milk pumping process is the best best it has more nutrition
