Why does my husband not help me with my 4 year old. i dont understand. and were about to have a newborn that im going to be taking care of while he sits around. I think he thinks that since he works he doesnt have to do anything when he gets home... ughhh

I gave him a look, like "im pissed, get your ass up" look. and he got up and is currently giving our son a bath. Just irritating

Us as woman and mothers are programed to do the mother acts it's natural. Men have to have it instilled in them. my hubby has a hard time with helping me with my little one but he has gotten a little better.

My husband works all day so when he comes home he'll sit and watch TV but if I ask for help, he's more than happy to. @imacaretti, is right, they're not programed like us mommas and sometimes need us to ask for help.

Your man should help when you ask without putting up a fight or making you feel crappy for asking.

He just kind of ignores me, or acts like he doesnt want to. but then when i get upset, thats when he helps. but its just annoying that i have to get upset. I know they arent programmed like us but after 4 years he shoukd know that i need his help sometimes.

I don't think they realize what they are doing.. like after my hubby will have my little one for a day it's like he gets in the grove of helping cause he knows then how hard it is. just keep up on your men they will get better.
