My sister gave me her labor excersize ball .... but she never used it she said. And do any of yal know what all I do on it to help start labor ? I'm 38w. I am getting induced sunday. But doc told me today that he rather me go before then on my own. So I'm going to try walking alot and this ball. But not sure what excersize I'm actually suppose to do ? Just bounce up and down ?
