TMI but I've been breastfeeding and my boobs are bigger and harder than ever 😣 they hurt!

I always would wet washcloths then put them in the freezer for a bit...then lay them on your boobs-feels so good when they get hard like that!

try massaging them to stimulate the milk it helped me when i was breastfeeding

It is a struggle to breastfeed but deff worth it ! Good for you !
