I haven't had the time to post my labor story but Addi is finally asleep so here is my ridiculously crazy long labor story.
I went to the hospital June 7th at 4 pm to get the cervadil in. When i arrived at the hospital i was still only a fingertip dilated and i was a week over my due date. the next day they were supposed to start inducing between 5 and 6 am. For whatever reason they did not start the pitocin till around 10 am. Then an hour later at 11 am, my nurse came in saying she was turning my pitocin of due to my Dr being called to an emergency c section and he was worried I would progress too quickly (small hospital and he was the only dr there that day). a baby boy was born at 32 weeks and was then lifeflighted to a bigger hospital so it took till about 2 pm to get him stable enough for the flight there. even without the pitocin I was contracting on my own but wasn't feeling anything. they came back in shortly after 2 and turned the pit back on. 5 pm rolls around and I was still at a fingertip.. Dr said we would turn pit off and try again in the morning. morning came, they turned the pitocin on. the on call Dr came in around 8 am checked me, still a fingertip. he explained to me he would keep me on pit till 12 and check me again. if I had no progress
then we would check my other options. but at this point he explained o had over a 50% chance of having a c section. I had very very hard contractions and at 12 when he checked me I had dilated to about 1.5 centemeters. he broke my water and said he'd be back at 5 to see if I progressed any more. my contractions got very intense and very close together, so I got something for the pain which knocked me out. 5 pm came around and I was still at 1.5 and was exhausted mentally and phisically. he explained my pelvis was too narrow and baby hadn't dropped at all and I was not dilating. so I began to get prepped for a c section and baby girl arrived perfectly healthy 7 lb 10 oz and 20 inches long at 6:57 pm on June 9th. it was worth all the pain and time in the end.
o I see well I'm sorry. but everything happens for a reason!!
I was so disappointed in the hospital and my own dr. seemed as if he had a busy exhausting day and didn't want to have to come in later that night to check on me so he just turned it off for the night. makes me wonder if I could have had her naturally if he would have left it on or started it when he was supposed to. @alicia3_21
seems kinda silly he just randomly kept shutting the piotin off ?? like mine had mine run through the night.??
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...
