Mine hurt while I was pregnant. It's from all the pressure and bones stretching and moving so your baby can pass. :) It's still sore a little bit for a few days after birth, but it goes away. :)

@rachelmariecroxton, ok I also think I might have overdone it since Friday, I've been going non stop I seriously didn't stop until about 8pm tonight.
