there has to be more serious thing then that for a court to keep him from his child,aloy of people don't have jobs or don't even look and still have a right to see their child,if he's not there at all and doesn't contact you for a full year then after that year youd have full custody I believe

well let's say it like this, no job no money to his name, owes several people money for his vehicles, vehicles aren't working, no motivation to get a job or cars running, can't pay phone bill so doesn't have a phone anymore and has 2 years of unsupervised probation hasn't been active with the pregnancy

Does he contribute to the well being of the child , does he do drugs have a drinking problem is he abusive list goes on
