Try water - most headaches are due to dehydration

I do too but still get random headaches. I think the headaches are just a side effect of the pregnancy hormones since I never got them before :(

But Phasion is right too - sometimes caffeine can also help!

I had headaches for two months everyday! I massaged the back of my neck with my eyes closed and ate a lot of red pepper lol not sure why but it helped
