My brother called telling me that he was at McDonalds and a dog came running and crying. The dog went under his car and laid there struggling to breathe. He was the only one paying attention to it and even called the cops to come get the dog. I think it got ran over. By the time me and my boyfriend got there, he already passed. 😞 My heart hurts now. Poor baby was probably so scared and everyone was just worried about getting food..
