can i just rant ?

my boyfriend barely makes 500$ every two weeks we pay our small bills and give rent to my dad (we're teens)

and we buy whatever kind of food my dad wants to cook plus OUR things such as my cravings and whatever my boyfriend wants

my 26 year old brother lives with us and has a job ..same job my boyfriend has yet he doesn't buy shit for himself he eats our food i go to get one of my cravings and its gone and it has been one two days i bought these fruit ice pops and there's only 5 i had 3 left and my brother actually asked if he could have one but i crave these like crazy so i said no i was hoping h would respect that considering i bought it and he eats everything else put he says well fuck it im eating it anyway . i love my brother but hes been on drugs and hes a different person im pissed off he doesn't even pay my dad rent ! how hard is it to go spend your own money on yourself? seriously i have to buy a mini fridge and a key lock for our bedroom because you really dont understand how bad it is we will spend 400$ on food and it will be gone in a day without me or my bf eating any of it he spends his money on movies drugs and beer not what he needs and im done im 17 years old supporting a 26 year old he has two kids he isn't allowed to see because this reason ... am i wrong or over reacting.
