Anybody have very itchy nipples with little scabs on them??? Help. I need relief

How am I suppose to breast feed if their are scabs on them? @shortizzie

keep them clean. do not use soap to wash when showering only the water. some kind of lanolin to heal.

I had this problem last night! My fiancé helped me clean them and peeled the scabs off for me.
