for whoever it was that said, "at least you were in foster care" I can just tell you from experience that foster care is terrible. I was abused and neglected in foster care. I was introduced to and became addicted to drugs in foster care. I was traumatized in foster care. Thank God I am clean today and ready to be a new mother but I understand that sometimes people say things out of depression or anxiety and don't mean it. this girl is clearly going through depression but at least she is being honest. and if you let out the secret of how you feel, it has no more power over you. just saying that she deserves support, not negative feedback and judgement. depression is a real thing and it leads to suicide. negative feedback doesn't do anything but make things worse. I feel for her and pray that she and the baby is okay. but let's be mature and supportive, not negative, judgmental and hateful.

Agreed!!! yes girl stick ya chest up high addiction no matter what it is your addicted controls you... i dont know you but im proud of you for overcoming it

thank you so much. I actually just celebrated 6 months clean and 21 weeks pregnant on the same day. the 27th of December last year is my clean date. :)

huray...im addicted to food...not being able to quit bad foods. but i try to just eat a little better when i can. i cant say how hard it is for u. but my own stuff is bad. so proud of u mama.

I read that too, how unbelievable. She was just looking for more drama, like it was a competition. People need to be more supportive and loving.

She totally said that to me lol and I'm glad I had a good foster family but it's just dude we all have problems some might be the same and some might be different. but either way instead of attacking each other we need to lift eachother up.

yeah it was but that's why I figured she just didn't know what foster care is really like. I mean, I don't wanna freak people out but my virginity was stolen from me while in foster care. I was molested and raped dozens of times in the 4 years I was in foster care and people that say things like she did are just unaware of the real horrors that foster care can bring into someone's life. but I am a new person and I don't like to re-live what I can't change. besides, my experience has made me the woman I am today. and now I can be of service to other women who have struggled
