so I'm sitting here watching tv cupping the bottom of my belly when I feel a heartbeat. I thought it was my heartbeat but the beat is faster and just different from the way my heartbeat feels from chest. I'm only eight weeks so I don't think I could be able to feel its heartbeat but its so weird cause I can only feel it from one side when I try the other side I can't feel anything.

Could it be a muscle twitch or something? Babies aren't hiccupping at 8 weeks...

And the baby is only the size of a raspberry at 8 weeks. It's pretty unlikely that it's the heartbeat, but I guess anything is possible.
