So I'm 1cm dilated and 50% effaced as of yesterday. Been having mild period like cramps here and there, had a NST today and the machine recorded a mild contraction. I know this isn't full blown labor but am I technically in labor? Like the beginning stages of labor? Or am I not in labor til everything is all intense? FTM here so I have no clue and forgot to ask my doc.
