They say back is best for a baby to sleep I have experienced different. My daughter was sleep on her back she spit up started choking and shaking no never again. I let her sleep on her stomach she spits up and moves her head side to side yes it be on her cheeks but she's not choking on it either. So I'll stick with my own theory stomach is best. My son is 4 and slept on his stomach since day 1 home and he's just fine!

@mommyofaking yes my daughter is a preemie and for her to be 2 months she has great head control and that's the only way she will sleep. @arielle same her if I lay her on her back she's up like a light but on her stomach she sleeps a long time

I agree, the only way my daughter will stay asleep when we put her down in the crib is on her stomach. If you out her on her back she's instantly awake because of her Moro reflex and she just doesn't like it. She knows how to move her head side to side and always makes it so she can breathe, even on the breast. We know what's best for our babies!
