MAD isn't even a big enough word right now!!!! I was having trouble with my Dish network, the hd channels weren't working so they sent a tech and he changed my dvr and alllll my fucking recordings are GONE!! And he can't even transfer them over, I have to buy out of my fucking pocket some external software for $100 to do it my own damn self! I had soooo many recordings on there, I pay these mfs $145 a month and they don't have a way of transferring peoples shit onto a new one??? And why do I have to do it??? He said he would be here all night transferring everything cause it takes too long. So????? Thats not my problem!!!! SO RIDICULOUS SO MAD!!!! I said, you could've told me that was gonna happen, and all he said is "so sorry". Yeah take your sorry and shove it! 😠😠😠😠😠😠 now how is my son supposed to watch his movies 😢😢 they're gone!

what a fucking dumb ass!! call them & let dish know what they did they'll might give you credit! I had something similar to me happen like that & I called them & told them the situation & they ended up giving me credit. definitely call them!!

call them & talk to customer service, tell them how "he didn't even tell you he was going to do that" & did it on his own & said "that it was going to take long to do it" wtf is his job!
