I have to get examined today I think my Dr said to see if I have strep down there. anyone else do…

They just swab with a q-tip. I was positive so both of my births required penicillin through an IV.

They check for strep b, all they do is swab your area and around your behind...it didn't hurt when I had it done and it's very quick.

is that the same as strep throat? @plantdara and what causes that?

no it's very easy ... but a little uncomfortable when then swab yoit rectum !
