Unrelated to pregnancy.
But, is it possible to marry someone you can't trust. I'm suppose to be marrying my daughters father in December, but I have yet to plan anything because of the fact that I have huge doubt's due to the fact that I don't really trust(all for good reason). I do love him though, don't get me wrong & he is a great man(he cooks, cleans, works, pays the bills, he goes out of his way & breaks his back for me & everyone else & jumps to do whatever I ask or need him to do); but I don't trust him.

If you feel this way do marriage counseling before y'all get married. It may or may not help but it's worth a try

if u dont trust him...it will be hard to be trully happy.. not impossible. in the end u will not have a solid belief in ur marriage and that can really feel depressing. so maybe talking to him and telling him that marriage is a commitment and that u expect him to be trustworthy andbif he feels he cant be that to not try it.

I agree with @babydavis915 if you really love him and can't imagine being without him, but trust is the only issue, definitely do marriage counseling. There is no type of relationship, intimate, friendship or even with family without trust. My fiancé and I are doing pre marital counseling with a pastor and friend of the family and it's been awesome. We don't have any big issues but it's always good to make sure you're in sync before taking such a big step. Good luck!
