have u tried drinking water , elevating them , and cutting back on your salt intake ??

i don't eat salt if I do is a very tiny bit i drink about 10-13 cups of water everyday cuz i don't drink anything else.

and they only swell at night when they do i elevate them....

call the doctor I forgot what its called my mother in law told me about it when I was pregnant when your feet hands or face swells too much
