might not be a good idea just because the loud boom might scare them to much to were they get to the point every little nose terrifies them.

They sell ear protection for babies...they are lightweight headphone type and blocks out the noise.

mines 3 months and my husband wants me to go out but I'm gonna try my hardest to stay in. I think he's to young just my opinion though

@agrace2015, I found them at buy buy baby...I don't know maybe babies r us has them...I know amazon has them but won't get delivered on time unless you do one day shipping.

@agrace2015, I don't plan on going anywhere because I don't want to deal with crowds so we are doing our own.

Newborns get startled very easily and the non stop popping of fireworks won't be a good idea :/ try to get a family member baby sit for the night?
